Our Policies

1. Rider safety is the most important concern. Lessee understands adult supervision is necessary at all times and will ensure this supervision is in place for duration of rental.

2. Lessee agrees to notify all riders, their parents or guardians of 'Use At Own Risk" policy.

3. Use common sense in supervising use of the unit. If something does not look right to you stop the activity or occurrence immediately.

4. Do not use the unit in any rain conditions or if the wind speed exceeds 20miles per hour sustained. Deflate when conditions permit, then re-inflate and thoroughly dry with towels unless rented unit is a wet slide.

5. If the unit loses power during operation or there is any reason to stop the units use, the adult supervisor should immediately assist riders with safe dismount from unit.

6. Before entering the unit, all riders must be told that flips, roughhousing and climbing on the net walls is not permitted and the adult supervisor MUST strictly enforce this rule.

7. Triangle Moonwalks recommends for safety that bounce riders be 3 years of age or older and wet/dry slide riders should be 6 years of age or older for the large Screamer slides and 4 years or older on the Lil Splash slide.

8. Event location area must be flat and clear of rocks or any other debris to ensure the safety of the jumper and its riders. A 20-foot overhead clearance is needed, as well as a 5ft or more perimeter around the unit. It is the customer's responsibility to clean area prior to set up.

9. Customer assumes full responsibility for any damage or loss to equipment.

10. Customer is responsible for providing power to operate the blower. A grounded 3-prong outlet must be used no farther than 100ft away.

11. In case of power failure at the specified set up address Triangle Moonwalks will not make any refunds.

12. If Triangle Moonwalks determines cancellations are necessary due to inclement weather, your deposit will be refunded. All other cancellations due to customer decision within 8 days of scheduled event will be forfeited. Absolutely no refunds will be given once the jump is delivered and accepted by the customer if a rainout or strong winds should occur.

13. Shoes, jewelry, watches, all pocket contents, glasses and any other hard or sharp objects should be removed before entering the unit.

14. No food, gum, drinks, silly string or other such substances in or around the unit is allowed. ($50.00 cleaning fee will be charged on all units found with food, gum, drinks or other banned substances found within.)

15. Triangle Moonwalks is not responsible for any heat or sun-related injuries or illnesses, including sunstroke, sunburn, or dehydration. Nor is it responsible for fatigue, chill and/or dizziness.

16. No individual riders over 215 lbs allowed on any inflatable.
